Re: accessing the editor's text in javascript (ASP version!)
mobasoft:pffft - that doesn't work - you should TRY the code first, or at least come back here and comment that it doesn't work - I sure wish that the documentation was up to snuff. If you are using version 6.0 you should use the following

JavaScript API capabilities
I have a custom button that executes some
javascript
. In that
javascript
, I would like to get a reference to the currently selected table in the editor (assuming one is selected). Is this possible? The ultimate goal here is to iterate through the cells of the selected table and apply a style to each cell. Thanks, Paul

Documentation of Javascript functions
Hi, I'm trying to find documentation of the
Javascript
API of the Uploader/AttachementUploader. I am aware of the
Javascript
API section of the documentation, but that only covers the events exposed by the component. What I'm looking for is functions and types that you can randomly stumble upon in the examples. For instance, some ...

Javascript output stored in Normal view, corrupting content
I hit an issue with the 5.0 editor where content that contains script tags with
Javascript
that outputs html (through document.write) gets corrupted as the output of the
Javascript
is added when switching between the HTML tab and the Normal tab. If I switch back and forth between HTML and Normal views, the
javascript
output gets ...

Re: CE 66, yetanotherforum 1.9.4 final, javascript conflict
Hard to do, since leaving it as above renders the forum's post editor (CE 6.6) non functional, and I don't want to leave it that way. I'm using an alternate type of link rotator (swf based instead of
javascript
) and it doesn't conflict with CE; sorry for taking up your time
