This is still happening for me.File dialog has been blocked.

I'm generally using Opera and when any dialog opened and Closed for any reason( you may click Cancel or Add button or whatever), CuteEditor freezing and u cant do anything on editor.

Open CuteEditor_Files\Scripts\Constant.js   and find the following code:   //Default dialog's z-index. editorconstant.DialogZIndex=8888;

dougf,   All links in the preview tab will be opened a new browser window. This is by design.   You can use the preview dialog for this situation.
