How do I make use of the nickname as the default ''name'' for the operators when they are chatting with customers.  I don't want to display their username in the dialog.

Paul,   Do you want to process the HTML code of the template file in the editor or in the template dialog? Can you explain this?  

John,   When you click the upload button, a file browse dialog will be opened. With this file browse dialog, you can browse the local PC.

Does it happen to all images or just some particular images?   Do you have problems with flash dialog or media dialog?

 

Fred,   That row is used to access parent folder. It can't be removed from the dialog.  

I modifyed the dialog.css file for that theme and it fixed my issue.   thanks!

Do you have the same problems with Insert Flash and media dialog?   Can you check the file names in your image gallery? Maybe some file names are invalid.   keep me posted
