    Martin,   Please upgrade to the latest version 5.3.   http://cutesoft.net/downloads/default.aspx   It's a free upgrade. Your existing license file will work for this version.   When upgrading, please update CuteEditor.dll and all client files.   keep me posted

    Rinku,   Strange. Can you check the bin directory after you extract the zip file? The license file for live support is: CuteLiveSupport.lic.   If you can't find it, please download it from here:   Http://CuteSoft.net/download/CuteLiveSupportTemp.zip   Keep me posted

    The account that ASP.Net is running under needs to have read, execute and list permissions on that folder and all its contents. See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/316721/ and specifically make sure that the effective permissions on web.config are such that the account has access.
