I'm testing out Cute Customer Live and when I log in with the admin ID I get   bool userexists=CuteChat.ChatProvider.Instance.GetUserInfo(username,ref nickname);   I have Cute Chat installed and it works fine. Can anyone help out. thanks

I am little confused. What do you mean ''outside members''? Is that anonymous user? If you, you can set the rooms member only. If not, You can password-protect the chat rooms.

tranbadu, Please uploading all the dlls and Cute Chat client files to the server. That may fixe the problem. I don't have any other ideas now....  

We have Cute Chat plugged in on Community Server 2007. Users are complaining that the chat interface will not remember the text preferences (font size and color) even though it auto-logs them in from the Community Server membership system. They have to reset their text preferences every time they go to chat.

Does anyone have a well thought out ''Chat Rules or Guidlines'' language. If your willing to share I would appreciate it.  Have a great day.
