Hi, I was wondering if there was a way where I could have a link to the chat on one page that defaults to one department, and another link on a different page that would pre-select a different option in the department dropdown.

We just replaced an older chat program. I was wondering if I can have the program point to the display name, it is pointing to the user name and some users aren't too happy about that.   This is on a PNNDNN 4.x site

Spring,   Login as admin, go to ''chat admin'', click ''Bad word filter'' tab and add your own filter there.   Hope it helps.
