hi all,when i try to access chat i recieve this message :network error :503:Service Unavailableany help?

when I open a chat room i got this Javascript ERROR 'ChatRaneService' is undefined. any ehlp?

By default CuteChat launches and runs from http://domain.com/CuteSoft_Client/CuteChat/If I wanted to run all User and Administrative functions from http://domain.com/Chat/ how would I be able to setup CuteSoft to run from this folder?

Step 1. Login as admin. Click the Chat Admin link.   Step 2. Choose the configuration Tab.   Step 3. In the Global Access Control section, find the ''Allow private chat''. Set it to false.    

I emailed you the information and opened up the FTP port

When we type a line in the operator console and press ''Enter'' it does not ''SEND'' the line automatically like it does on the web visitor chat client. Is there a way to make operator console do this?    SOLVED...see below
