I have a few users who are getting the following error when entering the Chat Room. I am using the CS 2007 integrated version of Cute Chat. below is the screen shot.  

The above intruction works for Cute Chat, Web Messenger and live Support. They share the same core code.

Is there a way to define what users a person can chat with and restrict them to only being able to chat with those user? I am looking for the ability to lock down who can chat with whom. Thanks,

Moloko55,   Please login as admin, and click the ''chat admin'' button.   Then choose the Configuration     To change the logo, please input the following field:   Logo Url For Example: ''~/images/mylogo.gif''  

I pass the browser the same string as yesterday but today I get ''The connection to the chat server is lost. License file not found.''   I downloaded the trial version yesterday.   Any ideas?

Got the license and your help in the Live chat got it all up and running. Great stuff, look forward tp working with it.   Matt

Any update on this? it is preventing us from seeing any chat history
