karthik,   If you are integrating the CuteChat with your exisitng login system, you need to overwrite those three methods and create your own provider.    

Adam answered me offline - but maybe it will help others.  The absolute filepath worked.  For some reason, relative was crashing on my servers. regards,Dave

cab0San,   do you have problems with other pop-ups?   Please check your images. Make sure your image names don't contain a single quote.  

ciprian,   Do the other pop-ups work OK?   If so,  I think maybe your firewall block the 'Content-Disposition' directive causes the problem.
