Hm. Your example is OK.   But I've dowmloaded the latest apckage available (6.1.2) - and it is all the same for example enclosed. Does it mean that downloadable samples are out of date or you have a newer editor build that is not released yet?  

When I try to find that in my WinIE.js. I don't see anything but Hex code for the most part and there are no line breaks. I have the same issue, because I have more than 8 templates. Is there anyother  way I can fix this?

I am using the InsertImage dialog to manage the images in my application. I need to capture the upload, run my own image handling routines and store its path in a database. Is there a way to capture this like you can with the standard Uploader control on the VS 2012 toolbox?
