. i've set the max size as 1 GB. timeout might be the problem.i set <httpRuntime maxRequestLength=''2000000'' executionTimeout=''900'' />then also same problem

The feature of Multiple files
Upload
needs Flash or Silverlight installed. Otherwise it will use an Iframe solution. Hope it helps. Let me know if you have any further questions.
