spydi,   You must be using the temp license file on your production server.   Please find the license file we sent to you and upload it to your server.   If you can't find the license file,  email us and specify the email address used for purchasing in your email.

Sorry, less than 2 MB also a m unable to upload. i've set the max size as 1 GB. timeout  might be the problem.i set      <httpRuntime maxRequestLength=''2000000'' executionTimeout=''900'' />then also same problem

Is there any examples of the manual start with other form elements?  It seems like the form will only upload the file or process the form elements, but not both? 

The feature of Multiple files Upload needs Flash or Silverlight installed. Otherwise it will use an Iframe solution.   Hope it helps. Let me know if you have any further questions.

jriis1170,   You need to set up a virtual directory in server A and point it to server B if possible. Otherwise you can upload file from domain A to domain B.
