hi i have a problem. i use the example misc-filemanager.asp. and when i upload files the directory of the files are always ''\filemanagerfolder\guest''. where can i change this directory ?  i try with uploader.SaveDirectory but it doesent function. please help me. thanks.david

When uploading a file if there is a semi colon in the filename, the uploader control ignores all the text after the semi colon.   E.g.  filename is: 080617-Robertson FM & KM-Pre Review Questioinnaire.pdf filename on the upload control is comes through as: 080617 What would cause this to ...

Hi BillClark,   The "Uploader" has not the attachmen table after uploaded.    The "UploadAttachments" has an attachment table to shows the upload flies after uploaded.   Regards,   Ken 

Furthermore, I have discovered that GetDirectorySize is invoked twice after a file is uploaded and the upload triggers InsertImage.aspx to be refreshed which causes GetDirectorySize to be invoke twice more, for a total of four times!

Hi atwoodkevin, It is the browser limitation. The browser does not return the file size when using IFrame mode for upload. Sorry for your inconvenience. Regards, Ken

Getting 'null or not an object' errors in IE8 with win xp.   The upload however seems to complete, so I would assume it is due to the dynamic code-behind.
