Hi,   I downloaded the trial version.  I went through some of the demo pages and even pulled some examples from the site.  The problem I am running into is that I am not getting any of the menu to appear even in default mode.  Is there anything extra you need to do to get full menu listed above the editor.   Thanks

I recopied the file from the original folder again, and now it loads the html. the file must have been corrupted somehow.   Now I have a new problem, though. None of the editor buttons work and I can't type anything in the editor window. Again, no error, just nothing I do seems to have any effect on the content.   Chad
