manyan2,   For some reasons, .NET framework can't find CuteEditor.dll in your application.   Please check this thread. Hope it helps:   http://cutesoft.net/forums/thread/28446.aspx    

It looks like you are using the old version of CuteEditor.   Only the CuteEditor for .NET version 5.0 supports ASP.NET framework 2.0.   Please update your editor.
