We are working on a html template, inside the cuteeditor now when i click on a link in the template ,i am taken to the respective html page In that html page, i get an error message saying permission denied also i am not allowed to edit the text it says permission denied kindly helpmek  

Now I get another error message within the app:Connection Failed.: Check CuteChat General License Failed : String was not recognized as a valid DateTime.   Any ideas?

I have setup cute live support on a subdomain and it is called on the main www as well as other subdomains. I keep getting this error, ''Error: uncaught exception: Permission denied to call method XMLHttpRequest.open'' Is it possible to do this?   Thanks

Our operators are reporting this error too. Usually after an hour or two. It seems to happen to me more when the client is minimized than if it is left open.  What can we do to help get this resolved? -m
