Crash

The Live Support operator crashes when trying to chat. I log on and when say ready, I create a test chat from the website. But every time it crashes and give me a windows error saying it has received an error and is shutting down. Any help?

Image Editor

When I try to access, I get an error - The area you are attempting to access is forbidden. I have given the folder full rights but I still get the error. Can anyone tell me what I am missing?
