Just looking into it a wee bit more and it is anything that has to open from within dialogs folder :/ The URL is correct, so I am completely confused with out being able to see the error or source :/

No, I don't get an error with this page, but this is using a differnt control.  I want to use the uploader, not the upload attachment.
