Can you login as admin and copy/paste the error details?    

UnlnvlslblE,   What kind of error did you get? What version of firefox are you using?    

No... Flash and media inserts are working fine. the only one with the error is Image Gallery

My original question remains: why am I getting an error message about the diaolg being blocked when using Flash?

i am using the editor fr emaling but i am getting the Editor1.Text blank i dont get any error msg but i dont the the typed contents

for both small and large files i am getting this HTTP error, I have already made that changes u have mentioned...

I found and corrected that problem but now I get an error ''Missing appSetting:CuteChat.SqlClient.ConnectionString'' when I navigate to the custom module page.  How do I fix this?

I also suggest you test this in Firefox and check the error console...   It shows a series of errors...
