Yes thanks, I am working on the web.config to get it right. But can you tell me what to run? Is it Web/Admins/UserAdmin.aspx? Is it Web/default.aspx?I am trying them both but I've had no success yet... thanks.

sk90: You could merge the web.config to your target app root/web.config .and copy the cutechatsample/cutechat/*.* to http://localhost/website/apps/cutechat/*.* copy the cutechatsample/bin/*.* to http://localhost/website/apps/bin/*.* too. Regards , Terry .

No still does the same thing. The host we are running on has a machine.config that is different to my machine.config which has caused problems in the past.
