Id like to be able to dynamically return items in the file browser  e.g. if inserting a link i want to be able to show products in my database in the list so the user can link to the product, the item is not a physical file on the server.  ideally id like to be able to have the following  /files - when expanded shows ...

I would like to restrict the folders that are shown in the browse dialogs e.g. only myimages and mydocuments folders should be shown and mysettings should be hidden, is this possible. i cant see any ajax requests in firebug when browsing folders, can i edit the file to handle what folders are displayed, or is there a config setting?
