Okay I finally found a download of another trial version license on this site and it worked. I don't know why the license that I originally downloaded did not work.

Now I get another error message within the app:Connection Failed.: Check CuteChat General License Failed : String was not recognized as a valid DateTime.   Any ideas?

I was finally able to get this to work but only after I was able to run the CuteChatConfig.exe. I am not sure what exactly that does but as soon as I was able to successfully run that, both of my installations worked. So I think it was a database issue.
