    Ken,&nbsp;I got the same error&nbsp;as posted. After reinstalled&nbsp;the client&nbsp;as instructed, the error message&nbsp;disappeared, but the customer could not see the message I sent. Then I applied the above mentioned solution on the server end, the ''On Line Support'' icon for&nbsp;customers disappeared from&nbsp;our website. Please help to ...
