    This issue has been resolved and the customer is happy. Apparently it was some corrupt files on the server. I appreciate the help from Adam in resolving this issue. I now have a couple other customers to recommend this to as it is the best editor I have found for DNN. Charles

    The information you required was supplied. So far this issue has not been resolved. The customer wants their money back because of the lack of support and the editor not working. Can we just get this resolved and save the customer.

    As I stated above, there are no errors related to cute editor in the log. I can give you access to the portal and you can see for yourself.

    New install of Cute Editor into DNN. Followed the instructions specifically for DNN 4 (04.05.05). &nbsp; Now when I go to an Text/HTML&nbsp; area to edit the text, I do not see any editor. If I click on HTML, I see all of the markup for the module. I have tried in different browsers. I have also restarted the dnn app. &nbsp; Any direction ...
