When I use the cute editor in a minimized state, as in the example you provide for using it as a file manager (height=1, width=1), the cute editor renders much larger for a second on page load, then resizes itself, thereby causing a pushdown of the whole page for a second before it shrinks again. I am using an editor to modify text that is in a div that has an id on it -- the div is unique on the page and has unique formatting. How can I configure cute editor to only use that id when you see the text you are editing in the ''normal'' pane? Do I have to re work this so it is a class?   Thanks!

I've added cute editor to an existing website, asp.net 2.0. The left hand side of the main page is a menu for editing, and when you click on one of the links the editing page comes up in an iframe on the right hand side of the main page.
