    thanks, this works. &nbsp; May I suggest that on the download page, version information may be added to the files in the list&nbsp;so that it is immediately clear which version is being offered. &nbsp; Regards! Mikael

    I want the clients to never see the option to leave a feeback when support id offline. How t go about this? &nbsp; I know how to modifiy the live support chat buttons, but I want to make sure that the client is never prompted even if he tries to continue a chat after the operators all went offline. &nbsp; regards, Mikael

    I would like the live chat button to refresh on the client browser every 30 seconds or so, to truly reflect whether a live chat is actually possible or not, without the client having to do a page refresh. We have the button on a web page with a video application and do not want to disturb the video viewing for updating the button ...
