When a client creates a new account on my site, several folders and associated path securities are created for them on the server to contain their work. When they press the SAVE button, their work is saved to their TEMPLATES folder in htm format. This all is great, but the client has no method of viewing their work within a browser other than the ...

I'm curious as to what ''new RTF converters'' are supposed to do? What will they allow that we currently do not have in the latest build? LearnerNM

  • Re: stop a new instance of ce

Adam, One of the linked pages I have is a member's area, where each member can go to perform other actions. The link to this area is located on the editor's page. On the member's area page I also have a link to the editor. I have this rather than have the client use the BACK button. What happens, it seems, is by pressing the link to go ...

  • Pages Properties

Hi, When I set the document's property page background image, and afterwards create a new document the background image doesn't clear itself. So I assume the new document is merely clearing the editer text field. But strangely, when I reopen the properties dialog and delete the path to the background image it doesn't clear the text area. ...

  • Re: Embedded is being stripped from HTM

Hi Adam, I downloaded the newest version (27 Sep 2007), rebuilt the application with the newer .dll, and I still have the script being stripped from the <Head> block. Below is a snapshot, and as one sees there is nothing within the block. <!doctype HTML PUBLIC ''-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 ...

Adam, Certainly I can. By the way, it hasn't been that long since I purchased CE. Perhaps 6-weeks. I take it there's been a recent update then. LearnerNM

Adam, I went back and embedded the style script within the <Body> as the first <Div> and reloaded it. It worked! I wonder why? LearnerNM

Hi Adam, I'm using version 6.0. Yes, that worked with the embedded style. I wonder why I can't get it? Is it being stripped on the upload? LearnerNM

  • Embedded is being stripped from HTM

I am creating HTM templates for use by some clients. When I upload the templates I notice from the preview window within the dialog box that my embedded css scripts are stripped out. I really don't want that to occur. I really need to fix this promptly. Perhaps I am not understanding some of the editor's properties. I ...
