Hi again Adam,   Its working now.  It seems to have just been some bizarre computer issue at my end.  I tried it on another PC this morning and it worked (mine still wasn't working) so I cleared my internet cache and now mine works as well.   Thanks for all your help.

Hi Adam,   Sorry about that.  I've doubled checked everything just to make sure, and the whole installation looks ok now.  2.0 is up there and its still not working properly.
