    Thanks for your quick response. Yes, I did just that and it works fine.&nbsp; &nbsp; My template directory, however,&nbsp;is outside the project folder. I have&nbsp;machine&nbsp;asp.net account permissions added to the folder, still the same error. Does it mean the template directory must be located under project folder or there's something else ...

    Adam, &nbsp; It's .NET version 6.0, I just&nbsp;double-checked my bin directory. &nbsp; The templatepath is a physical path to a subdirectory in my&nbsp;development&nbsp;machine, which&nbsp;is&nbsp;''c:\data\template\''.   • Permission denied

    I just installed CE 5.0. When you click on a hyperlink inside the editor and try to return to Normal or HTML view, the browser will generate a javascript error: Permission denied. Is this a browser issue?
