The operator client places a taskbar icon in the system tray when started.
The taskbar icon shows your operator status, notifies you of new chat requests and enables you to launch the operator client interface.
Double click: Opens the operator client interface.
Right click: Provides options to Open (same as double click), change your status (online, away, occupied, offline), and exit (which fully closes operator client on your system).
When a new chat request is made you will see a balloon notification to inform you a new request is waiting.
