I am running  live support and the visitor list shows all of the people browsing my web site.  Unfortunately there ara a lot of employees on the site and I don't want to see them on the list.  i only want to see customers.

 

I saw the Deny/Allow IP under the configuration screen and I put in the IP and it kicked my operators offline!

 

So I really can't use that option.

 

I simply want to "ignore" or "don't List" an IP rather than Deny.

 

Any suggestions?   207.7.208.253  is the IP I want to ignore or not display

 

Also what is the significance of the "Hide Visitors" or "Customers" or "Hide Anonymous"checkbox on the Operators Console?

 

They all seem to have the same result.  All of the visitors disappear.

I understand this request. However we don't have the option to hide this field in the live support.  We will add this option in the next build.

 

Another option for you is purchasing the source code of this operator client and modify it yourself. The price of this live operator client is $1800.
