Will their starter tier package be enough to run the chat and how do I install a msi package at a rented server?

Cute Chat 2.0 doesn't need you run msi package. It supports for xcopy installation and side-by-side installation.

$100 for uploading the files and change a database path..?? Guess I will stay with PHP just as well... LOL!! This is just insane!

David,

We suggest our clients install the Cute Chat themselves.

If they have questions, they can send emails to us or post the question in this support forums.

We usually don't have any time to do custom installation unless the client does need help.
