Won't save fully-formed links?

Won't save fully-formed links?

CuteHTML keeps switching the HTML that it generates to relative hyperlinks. Even thought we typ the HTML in in the HTML view, it saves the changes as relative links and not as fully-formed links like we enter in the HTML Editor?

How do we get it to stop doing this?
