The new folder max size function in images, flash, media a.o are great, but I would like to set the max folder size for each filetype to unlimited, and have a "global limit" that restrict the users to a total disk use on all folders to e.g 100MB

Here's my file structure:

/

/Uploads/

/Uploads/Images            <-- This is the path set for InsertImage

/Uploads/Flash                <-- This is the path set for InsertFlash

/Uploads/Media                <-- This is the path set for InsertMedia

/Uploads/Documents        <-- This is the path set for InsertDocuments

 

Setting the max fize for /Uploads would solve my problem.

I know you mean.

 

But in your situation, CuteEditor can't set the max fize for /Uploads folder.

 

Maybe this work-around may help:

 

/Uploads/                       <-- This is the path set for InsertDocuments

/Uploads/Images            <-- This is the path set for InsertImage

/Uploads/Flash                <-- This is the path set for InsertFlash

/Uploads/Media                <-- This is the path set for InsertMedia

 

I know this may not make sense to your project. But I don't have any better idea now.

If the MaxFoldersize is exceeded, I would like to send a notification email to my webmaster account, with information about which site, application and upload folder to increase storage for. Is this possible?
