I have auto-scaling on for pictures and when uploading some pictures the quality goes haywire, but only with 1 of the 2 available image upload windows :)

Example:  Note that this is exactly the same image file !

First I upload with this window:




And I get this crap :)





Then I use the upload in this dialog:




And get a WAY better picture :)

I'm not linking the thumbnails !  I'm not a total idiot :P    Even if I upload with that dialog, and then add using the 2nd one it still looks like this.

It looks like you have different code to scale the images down for each dialog, and one might be shrinking the graphics area before you paint the bitmap onto it, or something like that.

I saw older posts where people were also complaining about this btw.

Any update on this issue? or shall I just disable one of the image upload windows ?
