Image Gallery error

Hi!

I have a problem when I try to add images to the Image Gallery. Here is the error message :

I have this error message when the image gallery is loading and when I click "send" to upload an image.

I have overwritten all CuteSoft files with the latest version available on your site. Didn't changed anything.

I have not that problem on the development machine. I have overwritten all CuteSoft files with the files from my development workstation, didn't changed anything either!!

Any suggestion?

Sébastien,

Do you have problems with all images or just have problems with one particular image?

If you have problems with one particular image, can you try it on your development workstation?

Are you sure you the CuteEditor.dll is also the latest version?

Dear Adam,

I have that error for all images.

The version of CuteEditor.dll is 5.1.0.0 both on server and dev workstation.

Is your production server online?

Unfortunately, I don't have an FTP access, we need a VPN connection to access our server.

May I provide you the information you need on our server to diagnostic the problem?

Sébastien,

Can you check the file names of the image gallery folder? Maybe some file names are invalid.

Indeed, CuteEditor does not double the simple quote character in file names.
