Pictures Are Being Deleted

I have a secure login setup and this is the second time the pictures have disappeared. Why is this happening? The link is www.photographbox.com/stickles Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks!

Same problem here, except the descriptions get erased too. Any Answer to this?????

Obviously the people that created the product don't care that this is occuring. Not even a "I can't reproduce the error" reply has been given. I find it hard to believe that us two are the only people experiencing this. Has this, or does it happen to anyone else??
