We have a lot of text then we have copy and paste'd from a PDF.  If we then scroll to the bottom, leaving say a few lines at the bottom of cute editor, then right click to get the popup menu.  Cute editor then scrolls way up the document, if you then paste it is the wrong place.

 

The browser is running on a windows 2003 terminal server if this makes a difference.

 

Users are also complaining of the editor "jumping around" alot.
