Missing toolbar.ascx in Cutechat3.1

Hello, i just upgraded to CuteChat 3.1 and it is missing a file called Toolbar.ascx. This is making the site unusable, and i have an important chat session this evening. can someone please send this file?

Are you using CutePortaL?

I checked the file. Toolbar.ascx is there.
