Error _SL_LoadXMLDocument_HandleResponse

I'm install cutechat in community server , when click open messenger then Window error:

_SL_LoadXMLDocument_HandleResponse , _SL_LoadXMLDocument , LoadChatClasses anonymous function

Please help me, Thanks

Which version of Community Server are you using?

Is your site online so you can provide a URL?

My site is testting on localhost

Is that possible for you to put your site online and send the URL to us?

Can you tell me which version of ASP.NET you are using?

Are you sure you following every step?

beside me such mistake, use standlone Chat.

Please help me, chat it is found inwardly enterprises and from outside is not seen.

Hi,

I downloaded Cute Live Support standalone (Cute live support is a real-time online chat support..) and run it on .net 2003, (Framework 1.x Web). But when i click Messenger menu , getting following error

_SL_LoadXMLDocument_HandleResponse ,

_SL_LoadXMLDocument ,

Hi, I'm having the same problem here.

I'm using framework 1.1.4322

I've installed the chat (downloaded from the website today), and out of the box this error came out when loggin to a chat.

Any ideas ? could it be a permission problem?

Most of these problems are caused by incomplete installation.

Can you try install it again?

If the problem still exists, can you put the demo online and send the URL to us?

im sure i have completed the instalation step correctly. But im still having this problem. do i have to install community server? i have the standalone file not the integration. plz help.

No, you don't need to install the community server.

The standalone demo should look like this:

Hi,

I'm having exactly the same problem here, I've made everything right, and still having this error and i can't understand anything from it.

I'm sure that my installation was successful because i've used the embed chat room in the same web site and it's working very good, but when it comes to the messenger i get this problem, can you help me please...
