How to add sound on chat and other issues?

       Hi.

Can you look at this issue soon please?

    1. There is no sound when customer request a chat. Only a small popup in the corner.
In a noisy office enviroment this is not enough, and we could miss some requests as we dont always look at the screen.
Is it possible to add a ring tone or something?

    2. There is also no sound when customer enters our site (visitor tracking). This is also a very nice feature as we get notified and can monitor the tracking to see what pages are popular. Is it possible to add sound here?

    3. Refering URL in the info screen should have been clickable (open in new window).
Then we could easily check the refering site witout having to cut and paste the link.

I have used Xigla Live Support that have all these 3 options included. On this part Xigla works very well, but the chat engine is poor.  If these 3 options can be added into your software I will sure pay a lisence as I think the rest of your package is awesome.

Please let me know as soon as possible.
    Thank you.

    Hi again,

    Also want to add one more thing;
I notice that the chat button (online/offline) only update status on page reload. Is that correct?

Re: How to add sound on chat and other issues?

I discovered that the default prechat "ring tone" is the Windows ballon pop up sound, C:/windows/media/windows XP balloon.
This is not usable as a ring tone!!! Changing this sound directly to a ring tone works, but then cause error as it is played every time a message is written. That is ofcource not good. (noisy).

Well, seems no one answers posts here - even on presales issues - so I figure I will spend my USD 500 on another Live support software that has a loud and configurable ring tone.

    Re: Feature Request

Has this been update at all? The sound levels are way too low to be practical!
