Is there a way to set multiple instances of the control (like like on a form with many fields) but have just one "controlling header" at the top of the page?

That would be CuteEditor for ASP.  So I would like to have many instances of the control on a form but only one tool bar and that tool bar would become the current tool bar as the user moves from instance to instance on the form.  Is that possible? If so, how>
