Please go to your demo http://cutesoft.net/example/general.aspx., paste the above into the HTML tab, now click on the normal (or preview) tab, instead of showing the flash, it simply shows me the flash logo.. Why ? I have tried this in many different places, everywhere works fine .. You may try in http://htmledit.squarefree.com/, see how the flash should behave:
