Live support Not working..

Hi,

Ohhhh I am frustated. This is very fantastic editor but I need help regarding javascript error and thats why I am trying to talk through "Click to Live Support ONLINE" this not working.Give some javascript error like permission denied error.

Can you send a screenshot to me? This is very strange. The Live support has been tested with most of browsers.
