    I am developing a web-based CMS for a client that will use the cute editor control. I am the lone developer on the project and after completion the client will edit content using the Cute Editor. Do I just need to purchase the developer license?

    So would a domain license allow for testing on a staging server and development? If so that should work perfectly for what we need.
