We are using live support in DNN and notice that when we send an invite the image gets cutoff below our header, not sure why this is.  What do you recommend?  Screenshot here:

I could not find the file suppport-visitor-monitor-crossdomain.js.aspx, was this introduced in a recent build?  i did find the other aspx file and modified it and then did a test and it did not seem to fix the problem, the window still shows as previously documented.  Any other thoughts?  I was looking in this directory on the server for these files: ~\DesktopModules\CuteSoft_Client\CuteChat

Is your site online? If so, can you provide an URL?

 

 

I did some more toying with it and decided to just set the crossobj.top value to something hardcoded in the crossobj.top=400+calunits; in the function function Chat_InviteConfirm(), that did the trick.
