    Hi.
     
    Just installed the DEMO so Im new to this software.
    Seems everything is working ok, except I cant figure how to add new Users / Operators ? This was a bit confusing.
     
    I have seen the movie tutorial on this as well.
    I searched for user admin and added admin with success in the system.
     
    But what are the steps to add, myname, Roger, Mark, Antony.....
    I cant search my username in the tab as it is ofcource not added. Must I add the username somewhere else before I can seek it up and add it ? Where?
     
    Please advice.

    I have 2 more questions;
     
    1 - How can I change the default language ?
    2 - How can I add operators with 2 names and special caracters? Like; Bjørn-Tore

    By default, Cute Live Support show auto-detects Browser's culture setting to decide what language to use. If developers need server side control, we also provide API to override the setting acquired from client browsers.
     
    Please following the steps below
     
    Login as admin, click the "chat admin", choose "Configuration" tab, in the "Culture Type" option, please choose "Server".
     
    In the "Custom Culture", please type your language XML file name. For example fr-fr.xml.

    Please open the Register.aspx and modify the following code to meet your requirements:

    Please do you mind sharing how you added new users/Operators other than Admin. I watched the demo also and tried it but the button is stil gray.

    Never mind...I figured it out.  I must not have paid close attention to the demo.  You have to click the register button and add users before you add them as operators.

    Do you mind sharing how you did it ?  I paid close attention to the demo and followed every step but to no use.  The add operator button is enabled but nothing happens when I press it.  argh..
