getting error... when client wants to send a request to admin

          i getting this error
     
    -----chat.rane.js.aspx, chat.rane.aspx not imported----
     
    when i user/client wants to send a request to admin/chat room administrator

    I think you must miss some steps.
     
    Please download the software again and reinstall the application.

    Respected sir,

    I tried and reinstall Dotnetnuke & live support.

    every thing I have done perfectly and it's working fine and i am able to login into cute live support panel as an admin, i can invite to client and client also getting invitation.
    but same time in my IE browser client machine getting invitation but when a client clicks on that invitation icon it's throwing an errors.

    errors are...


    http://localhost/dnn400/DesktopModules/CuteSoft_Client/
    CuteChat/SupportClient.aspx?Location=Support&LocationID=2,2
    Invalid character


    my first doubt is admin and client  are can chat on a single machine or not why because i experimenting on single machine.

    Which version of DNN are you using?
     
    Which version of .NET framework are you using?
     
    Does it happen to one client machine or happen to all mechines?
     
    Does it happen to IE or firefox?

    I am using DotNetNuke 4.0 latest version.

    I have both 1.0 and 2.0 .net framework.

    not yet checked.
    (note : i have only one system)

    IE Browser only

    Some time i am getting this error when a client side want to chat with admin

    -----chat.rane.js.aspx, chat.rane.aspx not imported!!!------

    Today i tried in mozilla browser still i am getting errors but differnet errors in mozilla.

    admin is able to send invitation to user, when user/client click on invitation i mean "live chat" then pop-up window is opening
    but with this errors.

    http://localhost/dnn/DesktopModules/CuteSoft_Client/CuteChat/chat.rane.js.aspx, 1 illegal character

    http://localhost/dnn/DesktopModules/CuteSoft_Client/CuteChat/chat.rane.js.aspx, 1 cutechatraneobjectbuilder is not defined

    http://localhost/dnn/Desktopmodules/cuteSoft_client/CuteChat/Settings.js.aspx,1 Illegal character

    http://localhost/dnn/DesktopModules/CuteSoft_Client/cuteChat/Chatui.js.aspx, i Illegal character window_error

    http://localhost/dnn/DesktopModules/CuteSoft_Client/cuteChat/Chatclient.js, i chatService has no properties Window_error

    after clicking all error's ok when a user/client  entering some text and clicking on "SEnd" button it's throwing this error.....

    http://localhost/dnn/DesktopModules/CuteSoft_Client/cuteChat/Chatclient.aspx?Location=Support ChatUI_SendMessageWithFloodControl is not defined window_error

    We have other clients who resolved this problem by adding following entry in your web.config file:
     
    <add key="CuteChat.DisableZipCompress" value="true" />
