Error in Web.config

Hi Mr Adam,

I received this error, after installing the new Ver6.0 Cute Editor and running the editor in C# demo.

Can advise what's went wrong? Thanks.

Server Error in '/' Application.

Configuration Error

Description: An error occurred during the processing of a configuration file required to service this request. Please review the specific error details below and modify your configuration file appropriately.

Parser Error Message: Could not load file or assembly 'System.Web.Extensions, version="1".0.61025.0, culture="neutral," publickeytoken="31bf3856ad364e35"' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. (c:\inetpub\wwwroot\web.config line 42)

billtang,

You didn't install ASP.net ajax on your server. So you can just delete this web.config or use your own web.config.

Hi Mr Adam,

I have downloaded and installed ASP.net Ajax on my server. But, the error message still persists.

I have also tried removing the web.config file. The editor seems to be loaded. But, all the function icons are not appearing and I have the following Javascript error,

Line: 4

char: 2958

Error: Automation server can't create object.

Code: 0

Please advise again. Thanks.

Please check the following article:

Hi Mr Adam,

Ok. I will check-out the article provided.

How about the Ajax problem? I have installed the ASP.NET AJAX and the problem still persist.
