No registration code after 2 weeks

The message below was sent november, 16 to the sales department. I got an answer from Adam asking me for the domainname (www.prodesk.be). I replied november, 19 but never got a reply...

Hi there,

I jut bought the domain license for CuteEditor for .Net. But didn't receive a license number or wasn/t redirected to a license generating page... What else is there to be done to obtain the actual license file?!
