What and how to control the settings for Cute Editor

Does anybody know how to set and manipulate the setting for CE. I am new to this and I want to incorporate CE in some way making it possible for en editorial person to write/edit an article and then saving the article in a database (Access or MS SQL). I figure this can be done using the Setting or what?

Thanks. I've been looking at the examples, but I can't find the source-code for the examples. Can you please tell me where to find the sourcecode for both examples. Iwould really appreciate this.

If you are using CS, please find this file under cs folder:

Framework 2.0\cs\datagrid-example.aspx
Framework 1.x\cs\datagrid-example.aspx

If you are using VB, , please find this file under VB folder:

Framework 2.0\vb\datagrid-example.aspx
Framework 1.x\vb\datagrid-example.aspx
